I wouldn't say it is the best craftsmanship in the world, but very functional.Bits work great on endgrain. Being a loyal Whiteside follower and the closest Woodcraft store being over a hour away, I decided on this bit with the 3.99 overnight shipping. Very little tearout.Overall, I won't be changning from Whiteside, but these are very good bits. No burning. First off, these bits are sharp, plenty of carbide for sharpening, and well balanced.The box works well for storage. It is sturdy.
